The logic and significance of biodiversity
In general terms, biodiversity refers to human beings and the variety of other living things or species that collectively live on and share the planet for existence, and do so in ways that are connected and at the same time largely distinct and separate . There are concerns though, that some living things that share the earth with humans are facing extinction due to climate change, and according to the Paris Agreement, climate change is primarily caused by human activities.
